The 2008 Annual Meeting for the Fairway Two Homeowners Association will be held on March 29, 2008 - 1:00 p.m. at 7435 Fairway Two Ave, #24.
The purpose of the 2008 Annual Meeting is to discuss Homeowner Association business and to fill two openings on the Board of Trustees. Both positions are for two-year terms. If you have any interest in running for the open board positions, please send a letter of interest to the Secretary, Russ Miller at 7435 Fairway Two Ave, #19.
Enclosed you will find the meeting Agenda and a Proxy Form.
If you have Homeowner Association questions you would like addressed at the Annual Meeting, please forward them in writing in advance to the Secretary at the address listed above. Questions should be of general interest to the entire community (i.e. pool, landscaping, etc.).
Questions received in writing prior to the meeting will be addressed initially. If time allows after the submitted questions are addressed, additional questions will be taken from the floor.
