Board Meeting Minutes - Feruary 13, 2006

Present

• Dave Jones - President

Minutes of the January meeting were approved

Old Business

• Frank Veyveris has a fence & gating bid of approximately $60,000. We will get two more before proceeding
• Dave Johnston to clean gutters on both buildings in March.
• Russ Miller now has the books and will take over the Treasurer’s duties.
• Signatures to be changed on bank accounts this week.

New Business

• Insurance renewal due e.o.m. in April.
• #212 for sale asking $350,000.
• Paint on Bldg. 1 holding up well and may be deferred until ’07 but dry rot will be repaired.
• Taxes are ready and checks will be written and sent.
• Lucy to get announcements of Annual Meeting, April 2nd out.

Next board meeting follows annual meeting.
