Vice-president Frank Marek opened the meeting in Dave Jones’ absence.

Minutes:

The minutes from last years annual meeting were read and they were approved

Vice-Presidents Report:

Discussion of several items:

  • Russ Miller was designated as Treasurer.
  • Bonney Plumbing cleaned out the sewer line and will be doing this annually.
  • Ricky Jones will monitor lights on east end of building 2.
  • Carpet on second story walkways is loose again and needs attention. .
  • Pool deck was repaired.
  • Presentation of the budget that was approved by the board.
New Business
  • Frank Marek and Lucy Evans re-elected to the board.
  • Additional recycling cans are needed.
