Financial Statements:
- The April - November financial statement was reviewed and approved.
New Business (HOA Budget Review):
- 5:00 - HOA insurance increased between September & October. The association plans on contacting the insurance company about the rate increase.
- 5:05 - Sewer repair budget will be increased to $1,000 per year (increase of $250) due to recent sewer issues.
- The HOA will plan on having the sewer pipes jetted once every 2 years. The next schedule jetting will occur on June '08.
- 5:15 - Garbage & Recycling will be increased to $13,200.per year (increase of $250)
- 5:20 - State Tax will be increased to $125 (increase of $25)
- 5:25 - Gas & Electric will be decreased to $2,300 (decrease of $300)
- 5:30 - Insurance will be reduced to $18,000 (decrease of $2,000)
- 5:35 – Meeting adjourned
